Baked Meat Balls
BAKED ???? BALLS
Ingredients:
600 g mi?ced veal
1?? ml yoghurt
4 eggs
150 ml vegetable oil
6 g garlic
60 g onions
80 g bread
2 g black ?????r
15 g salt
Method:
Mix meat with finely chopped onion, bread (previously soaked and squeezed dry) and egg. Season with salt and pepper and knead well. Shape into small balls and fry in fat. Arrange in ? b?ttered baking dish and pour yoghurt mixed with 3 beaten eggs over meat balls. Sprinkle salt and fat. Bake in hot oven .
