The palace Tsarska Bistritsa was being built between 1898 and 1914.
It was used as a hunting hut by the tsars Ferdinand and Boris the Third.
You will enjoy the splendid furniture of the rooms, the trophies and of course the original electro generator Siemens built in 1912 and still supplying the palace with electricity.
Borovets is the oldest winter ski resort in Bulgaria. It is situated among the thick pine tree forest in the highest mountain on the Balkans – Rila. Today there are about 5000 beds.
Here you will be able to have a free time in the resort or catch the lift to Yastrebets – a place with a specific panorama view towards the mountain , the valley and the ski tracks.
A perfect place for having lunch and drinking some hot tea.

This tour finishes at Alexander Nevski Cathedral.
